    I cheated
I cheated I had to wonderful men in my life but I was in love with just one. And one of the guys called him and told him everything. Now this guy wants nothing to do with me. I was never this kind of person. Am not sure what happened. I miss him I can't eat sleep I just want to crawl in a hole and cry. The guy still talking to me but he's lashing out I expect that. He says he's asking himself all kinds of questions and doesn't no what to do. Do I wait and give him time or should I move on with my life knowing that the one guy am supposed to spend my life with is probably gone and wants nothing to do with. What do I do ? HELP ME someone to understand why people cheat.

O well your mistake learn from it. I don't like cheaters and I don't condone them. An apology would proabably do after the emotional dust has settled but don't expect much.

I don't know if it's the real reason, but I think people cheat because they are selfish. They want to have fun right then and there and don't think about the long term consequences of those actions. Unfortunately it says loads about your character if you did cheat. I know the last thing in the world you want to hear right now is people beating down on you, but in a way you deserve it. Think about the pain you put him through, just for a little selfish pleasure of your own.

You might not be able to fix this situation, but if you can realize the damage that your actions have caused to him and you, you might think next time before you take such actions.

People cheat for a number of reasons... loss of attraction for their partner, unhappiness in a relationship, spur of the moment etc. At the moment you have dug your own whole but I'm not going to sit here and throw dirt at you. You made a big mistake now only you must face up to it. Let things cool off talk about it to each other... explain why you did what you did and get it out of your system as to why you did it. From here you can help clear it all up but that's not saying he will forgive you. If you went to the beach for a swim and got attacked by a shark would you jump back in the water right away? I wouldn't, that's how you must look at it from his point of view. You will be hurting as much as each other in this so it will take a lot of time/healing if it is to work out, if this is to work out you must remember that this will be in the back of both your minds but as time goes on if your relationship gets stronger it will fade out, sometimes things like this make a relationship stronger... Good luck, and all the best.

    What do I do ?
You leave them alone, until he can cool off, and figure if your worth bothering with. You can't hurt someone more, if you had hit them in the head with a brick.

Because they are selfish, devious, insecure, shortsighted people, who care more for what they can get, than the havoc they create. They have no boundaries, or loyalty to anyone but themselves. They cry like the beeyacth they are, when caught, and don't know what to do, to correct themselves. They know, but are not willing to do what it takes.
