I've been told that is sounds like I'm just late on my period and its arriving, I have bleeding when I wipe but no cramps yesterday was very very very light pink discharge. Normally when my period comes I have heavy discharge and cramps. Today it isn't a blood flow but like there are spots of blood on my pad. What could this be? I have also been experiencing pregnancy symptons which are much like pms symptons.
