I am trying to divorce my husband. We are still in the same home together, we have 4 kids. We bought the house before the marriage, he made sure my name wasn't on the deed. His is the only name on the loan. Can I legally kick him out of the home? Can I keep the house or will the judge make him sall it and give me some of the money? Will he get to keep the house? By the way, we have been together for 16 years but married only 3 years

Being married for only three years the Judge may grant you way less than if you had been married before he bought the house. If your kids are young enough the Judge may be more lenient in your favor. Considering the child support he will probably have to pay maybe you could work out something where he pays less child support and considers the difference for letting you live there as long as he is willing to work with you rather than fight you.
