So are you saying the outside unit is running but the inside is not
If the blower is running, but little air coming out, check the filters. It could also be a clogged coil.
Did you notice ice on the refrigeration lines out at the A/C unit or at the coil under the floor if so you need to turn the A/C off and the fan switch to on at the thermostat and let it run for three or four hours to remove the ice. Ice on the evaporator coil may be from lack of air flow(dirty air filter, dirty evap coil, restricted ducts) or the ice may be from low on refrigerant charge, stuck contactor, restriction at refrigerant metering device at evap coil. After the ice has melted turn A/C back on and see if it is blowing and cooling.
