My 3 yr. old Mini Dachshund ate a Nexium Pill. He did not eat it all I got the other half and some was still in the one I found. It was 40 milligrams. Please give me an answer FAST!! :eek: :eek: :eek:

Best thing to do is to call your vet or the National Animal Poison Control at 1-888-426-4435. Next best is a table spoon of peroxide to induce vomiting.

Some things are fine, and some aren't. Modern, safer pain killers, kill dogs.

Now, why won't they eat their own pills?
