Hello,

I hope that someone can help me. I own a business and I have been getting calls from people that say that I ( the company ) is taking money out of their accts and I don't have means to do that. These people are all different states . How do I trace this action and who do I go to to do that? Our company is reputable and I don't like that our name is being used to ripe people off. Please help . Want to stop these call and actions. Our bank says that they can't do anything until there is some action on customers behalf.:confused:

Is money going into your account ? If you are getting money for some reason, it should be returned of course.

If they are saying this, then they would have had their bank do a trace of the funds, ask them to provide you proof of it. Also how do you know the calls are coming from all over the county ? Caller ID,

No there has not been any funds transferred to our acct. I checked with bank and they say just let it go. I haven't seen any paper work regarding these transaction but I don't want to be liable. Yes I have caller Id and have call people back at the number that comes up .
