CAn I claim tax if I didn't last year
    Hi ,

I was on OPT in 2006 and got conevrted to H1 in Oct 2006.
    1. I got hiring bonus and relocation in 2006 which I didn't claim in that tax year. Can I claim it in this tax year?
2.If answer to Q1 is yes,What all supporting documents do I need ?
3.Can I claim for tax deductible on my School fee ?

1/2) No, you would need to amend your 2006 tax return and attach Form 3903 to claim the relocation expenses.

    3) If you are married, you can file jointly with your spouse and BOTH of you claim to be treated as resident aliens for all of 2006. Then (and only then) could you claim the tuition credit or deduction on your 2006 tax return.

If you are single, you would have to file as a non-resident or dual-status alien, in which case the tuition credit/deduction is NOT available to you.
