Once covered under a 504 are you always protected under the 504 or do you lose all protection if you no longer receive accommodations?

504 laws as they apply to discrimination against the handicapped would stay in place as long as a person is disabled (for whatever reason).

I don't necessarily know what you mean by 'if you no longer receive accomodation'. You will have to explain a little more please.
