    Tummy weight loss
    I am 5ft 4
    I weigh - 8.5 stones (which I know is not bad) - 54 kilos

    Im 36inch bust
    35inch hips - great - however
    32inch tummy - horrid!

    It seems to be the only place I put on weight and its horrid - I hate it - someone help me with a quick remedy for tummy weight loss.

    Also make sure that what you take in isn't harmful and isn't high in calories try to obtain a 1200-1800 calorie diet. Mayb it will work.
