There are a lot of examples, e.g. see a book titled Mathcad for Chemical Engineers (you can check it through Google Book Search). You will see a bunch of mathematics applications in chemical engineering.

All engineering problems are math.

The way we quantify, qualify, define is all math or dictionary science.

By the way all of physics is also math.

Just remember any sort of calculation is mathematics based whether it is engineering or physics or chemistry. Even the advanced calculations are mathematics based.
