Need to know if I can transfer my probation to North Carolina from Michigan.I need the site to do my applocation and I have two assalt charges and 18 mouths probation

Site to do it?? You are kidding right. You have to either make a motion before the judge or get your PO to make application, first the state you are on probation has to OK it, then the state you want to go to has to approve it. Normally it will take 2 to 3 months to get everything approved, if they will approve it
