    Coolant in 99 Buick Regal
I have a neighbor who has a 99 Buick Regal and it keeps over heating. On the instructions under the hood states that there is a special procedure for adding coolant to it. Does anyone know what this special procedure is?

    Thanks!

If the coolant is drained, the system requires a special bleed procedure to remove trapped air.

Is his leaking? Perhaps at the head/intake gasket?

No, it's not leaking. Just overheating.

Check the fan operation. The should come on with the A/C but also when overheat is detected.
