Is it possible to get short county time or house arrest for violating felony probation with catching a 5th degree feloy while 3 years into a 5 year probationary period? Never fail to report or drop dirty urine and probation dept. is not recommending me goig to jail

It's certainly possible, but nobody could say for sure. Some judges are cool. Others are not. But, we're talking about a felony here, not a jaywalking ticket.
