A Friend of mine was arrested last night, he was charged with Minor in Position of Alcohol, Position of Dangerous weapon, carrying a concealed weapon, on top of probation violation, and Position of weapon on school property. I was wondering if some one could help me out on figuring out if he can some way cut a deal with the DA. And if he cant, how much time is he looking at serving?

Why was he on probation? How old is he? What state?

The DA makes the offer if there is one. Your friend doesn't. He needs a lawyer, and I couldn't tell you how much time he's looking at. There are too many factors that go into it.
