My child is six years old and he has not collected a penny of child support because my ex is in jail. I need money for daycare and clothes. Is their a program that gives money to kids until the father gets out of jail.

Beyond welfare there is no program that pays a mans child support while they are in jail.

Also the child doesn't get child support. The custodial parent does.
