I file bankruptcy chapter 7. Got a discharge and trustee closed case. I settle my
Personal injury which she abandon back to me in district court for 75.000. Trustee
Never participated. Closed case. My check comes in my name to the opposing lawyer,
Who tells me Trustee had them send check to her.

I'm now pro se. She is claiming I did not file for future lost earnings. The case was
Settle out of court for one set sum. A plenary hearing was issued 9 months ago.
It gets postpone ever month. Is there anything I can do? This is a post transfer.
She closed the case, under Talyor free-land once the case was closed that's it.
But they keep putting it off. Is there anything I can do, to get this plenary hearing
Going. I was tried once in court. Then I had to go over discover all over again.
I can walk but I'm 100 percent disable. Any suggestion?

IF your case was outstanding ( already filed) during the time you had filed bankrutpcy, you were obligated to inform the court of this law suit pending.

If you did not, they can declare the entire bankruptcy void and allow the creditors to come after the money.
