I am an active duty Marine stationed in Ca. At the beginning of Aug my fiancé was arrested with 3 of my clonazapam on her ( which I have a prescription for ). The case was continued for 9 months without a finding but with supervised probation, with random drug tests. She is currently in an inpatient 30 day program. What is the best and fastest way to get her probation transferred to California so that we can finally get married and move on with our lives. Any help that I can get so that maybe things could be set up so as soon as she finishes her program she can come right out.
