My Restore folder is taking up a ton of space (almost 13 GB of my 20 GB drive) and I'd really like to get rid of it. Is it safe to delete this folder?
Edit: I'm on Windows Me and I've already tried turning system restore off.

Did you check any specific folder from where you came to know about this size?
That doesn't even sound right. I don't think that it's even possible. It could be reading improperly. I would check for a virus but it's likely a registry error within Windows that is causing the improper reading. By the way... DO NOT delete the "restore" folder unless you know for sure what's in it.
Use the 'disk cleanup' function from the system tools (start-programs-accessories-system tools-<here it is>).
And, BTW, it IS OK to delete the contents of that folder. Nobody ever uses the restore folder to restore his system anyway. If you want to be careful, you may wish to keep the latest files.
Note that turning the system restore function off (reboot) and back on will invalidate that folder's contents anyhow. So...
