How do I find out if someone is divorce or still married ? :confused:

If you think they could still be married. Don't date them seriously. You are just asking for baggage that you won't want...

You could check the department of vital statistics for that information. Not saying they will give that to, but you could check. Also the clerk of court, but then that person would have to be married in that county. You could also ask and hope he or she is telling the truth. But if you doubt the person is single, if something is telling you to question - you might already have your answer.
