Errors and omissions (professional liability or malpractice) insurance, perhaps worker's comp insurance (ck state law where you plan to operate), general liab insurance, medical payments coverage if you have visitors, customers, clients on your premises, coverage for your office equipment for perils such as fire, theft, vandalism, robbery and sign coverage if you have expensive signs.
