In order for there to be a garnishment of your bank account. There has to be a judgement.
Now if you have a judgement bank accounts are "up for grabs" in other words if they can
Find they will attach it.

The only one would be a mason jar buried in your backyard, be sure to make a map to be able to find it though. I don't do this myself, but there are some old timers around whom still do because they do not trust the banks. I guess if I could find a jar small enough to hold my money, I would try it, but all the jars are just too large. Ha ha.
