Hello everyone!:)

I'm a mother to a 13.5 month old baby boy. I'm also a teen parent. I'm 17 and I'm married to my son's father. Well... I had an IUD for about umm... 8 months, I had it removed because it was causing me a lot of pain!:(
I got it removed like between 4-6th of September'07... and I got a 2-3 day "period" couple days after the IUD was removed!
Now I believe to be pregnant for te second time!! :confused:
I think this because the first day of my last period was on Sept 9th 07... & now NO PERIOD!! I don't know what to do I have taken 2 home pregnancy test about 1-2 weeks ago and they both came back out (-)... {but I think that was too early right?}:confused:
Well Today is Oct 12, 2007 and still no period & I'm starting to feel some signs of pregnancy... like:urinating more often, eating more, my breast hurt really bad, just yesterday I had some vaginal discharge {sorry if it gross you out! }, I'm feeling really tired, really bad headaches & I feeli like I want to throw up... but I don't!
OR can't these signs be because the IUD got removed?? :confused: & that's way I'm not getting a period or something!
Please HELP?!
I mean I did want more children... but not yet... I'm still in school... trying to graduate!
And I don't feel ready to bring another little baby to this world!! :(



By the way we didn't use any Protection... beacuse I though I couldn't get pregnant right away!

You should go to you Doctor to find out for sure and it will also put your mind at ease. Sorry

After your IUD comes out and it does not matter which one you have you are able to get pregnant. I personally haven't had a problem with my merina. Every woman is different though. I think that you need to go to the dr and have them do a blood test from here on out. Also start using protection of some sort immediately. There is no wait for with an IUD. If your dr didn't tell you that then you need to take it up with him. Even with the low dose progesterone one the moment it leaves your body your able to conceive. This is what my dr told me this when I had mine done.
