Should I even search reunion site for my birth mom?
I'm not sure if I should even search reunion sites. If my mother wanted to find me I was told she could call the adoption agency she placed me through and ask if I had tried to search for her, which I have, I left them my info and they said if she ever wanted to find me they could contact me and let me know.?

There are various reasons as to why your mother wouldn't have tried looking for one. The first one that pops into my head, is that maybe she thinks you wouldn't care to look for her, because she might think that you hold a grudge against her for putting you up for adoption.

Sometimes the birth mother, once the door is closed, decides to keep that door closed. There are many reasons. Also, she could be dead. It could happen. She could also have begun a new life and does not want her past to come back. Maybe the pain and difficulties she has during the pregnancy put too much strain on her and she does not want to go back to remembering. There are many maybe's and what if's and who knows what really happened.

But if she would decide to try and find you at least the adoption agency would be helpful.
