According to Babel Fish, it's Spanish, and the literal translation is: "it advanced always ahead"

So maybe something along the lines of, "Advancement will always keep you ahead" or "Always advance to keep ahead"?
I know 'Siempre' means 'Always' in Spanish, So maybe that??
I agree. It is Spanish.
