    Knees popping
I have a situation. It's not really a problem.. yet. My knees pop with almost every step I take. Yesterday was the first time it was starting to bother me. But it didn't get to the point of hurting. My knees have always popped for years. But now its all the time. And is it ever loud. You can hear me coming across the house. I'm always embarrassed whenever I have to go somewhere quiet. I went to the Dr. and they said it's water on the knee. She didn't sound concerned. Then again it's not her knees. Being HMO they probably won't do anything unless I'm in a wheelchair. My grandmother had knee replacement years ago. And another grandmother walks with a cane from knee problems. When I told her about my knees she said "and they haven't drained it??". Should I go and demand that they do something. I'm only 42 and active. I'm not ready for a cane.. If this is the worst that its going to get I can probably live with it. Thanks!

I have the same problem sometimes. Try Hylaronic acid you can buy it at Wal Mart in the vitamin aisle for around $5.95 for about a months worth. I take it everyday.

This website explains a lot about HA
