What can I do for exercise?
O my god. I do 500 sit ups, 300 push ups and 700 jumping jacks everyday. I don't have easy acess to a gym so I have to make do with these excercises and occasionally pilates and yoga. I just don't see good results I still look as fat as ever. I barely eat, but still I just don't look good
    What should I do?

Barely eating is not good because when you don't eat it tricks your body into storing fat because your system doesn't know when it is going to get fed again. They say eating breakfast is important for losing weight. Some people say eating small amounts 5 or 6 times a day is better than eating 2 or 3 big meals. Also eat leaner healthy foods. Avoid greasy foods and junk foods. Avoid fast foods and already made foods (whether it is boxed, canned, or frozen). Many of these type foods contain chemicals and preservatives that make you gain weight. Also avoid diet food, diet soda and artificial sweeteners they contain a substance that turns into formaldahyde in your system.
Eat foods containing Omega 3 and anti oxidents. You can even buy Omega 3 and anti oxidents in the vitamin aisle at the store.
As far as exercise the only thing I like are the weight benches.

Maybe you could tell her that you want to eat healthier and would like to make it a mother daughter project to plan a grocery list or plan meals.
If you like grapefruit or oranges ask her if she can buy some so you can eat one a day.
I ate a grapefruit everyday for a couple months and it helped me lose weight.
But I also ate as I mentioned above.
I know I can not eat a donut, bacon or potato chips that is instant weight for me.

Check the kinds of foods different diets like weight watchers, south beach diet and other diets say to eat as a guideline of healthy food to eat, not that you need to follow their diet.

Great effort but you actually don't need to do SO many sit ups and jumping jacks. Find a physical activity you enjoy and do it along with eating right. Www.Self.com has some awesome recipes you could look at with your mom. Set some boundaries for when you want to eat junk. I use to make it my own rule to eat one fast food meal on Saturday. Candy once or twice a week won't hurt you either. It all depends on your body's metabolism. I'm not sure if you've graduated high school. But if you are in school or college, find a professional (P.E./ Health teacher) who could help you with this plan of diet and exercise. Sometimes those diets out there work but it's so easy to burnout on whatever they have planned. As a child, I had to diet and I didn't go on any special diet that was created by someone. I just ate healthy (i.e. cut down on the sugars like sweets/sodas) and set the rule of junk food only on the weekend and exercise (walked) everyday for 30-45 min with 1 day of rest (away from exercise). I would recommend varying up your exercise eventually so your body doesn't get use to working one muscle group. Maybe one day you can walk, the next day bike, the next day swim... etc. I hope this was helpful. Be sure to enjoy life and be patient with yourself! Keep smiling!
