If it is your wife and I got married how did 'he'.. Who is the he?
If you are in the Military you should have access to an array of different means of support, advice and maybe legal council? Of course I am Canadian and maybe your military is different than ours? But first and foremost you should seek legal council who will be able to start the legal work that needs to be done to get her in court. Pretty big blind spot here for me... Does she have full custody? If you have not been served papers to appear I would imagine not. So you are married still... How long have you been apart? Were you together before you were sent out? How old is your little girl? Mainly you are now out to seek access and move on to bigger things from there, but details are very important when seeking advice in such matters. It can be very difficult to advise anyone with what you have given, The Internet is very helpful in looking at options and answers as well. Try researching the laws that pertain to your situation and see where you stand. I've done it and it is very daunting, I was sick to my stomach and fell into a short depression and had a hard time thinking straight. Lawyer, lawyer, lawyer is the best advice I can give you now. Keep in touch friend and stay strong!
