Probation Officer says didn't comply but have proof
I've been driving my friend to each of his AA meetings, to the three breathilizer tests each week and also to the test where he is required to drop. Today he received a letter from his probation officer stating he has not complied with any of the requirements. He has the papers from each of them but when he phoned her to ask her about it she said over the phone that she would see him at their appointment tomorrow and at that time she will just say they were forged papers. She's already got a court date set up for the 26th of this month for this.
I have been at each of these. How can he prove his attendance?
