Credit-Breach of Contract
Just served a summons from a debt collector on a credit card and it states for Breach of Contract. I own no property, get Social Security Check for a disability and only work one-two days a week due to my health.
Wrote to the credit card company back in 2004 telling them of my financial circumstances and also asked that they do not call the phone number as it is not in my name and to please contact me only by mail. Also from advice from the debt consolidator at the time put "Judgment Proof' on the letter.
Now they are calling constantly and leaving taped messages for me to call.
What will happen and what are my options?
