How do I transfer all the information from c drive to d drive?
Just drag and drop.
This is the way to do it for data files... but if you really want everything - including all software and even the operating system, then you're better off using an app like Drive Image to do it.
Hi,
If you have Windows XP; here is a link with full explanations on how to use XP's feature of "Files and Settings Transfer" to another partition, drive, or a different hard drive.
Scroll down to the "B" choice, of transferring to another partition name, such as your D: Drive.

The explanations also include pictures of how to do it.
You need to define this better. What information? What is the C drive, what is the D drive? Why are you doing this?Quote:

Unless you are transferring to another computer you do NOT want the File And Transfer Settings wizard that another poster recommended.
Please supply more info so we can truly help.
