Cramping, no blood but a scared wife
I have another question for all you experts out there; my wife is experiencing cramps that feel like menstrual cramps according to her. She is today 7 weeks pregnant (this was the week we had a miscarriage last time), there is no blood yet nock on wood. Is she in trouble? Should we see a doctor ASAP?

Oh and she saying her lower back is in pain as well

This can be normal in pregnancy, yet, as you know, it could signify a spontaneous abortion. The only way to know for sure is to get to the doctor pronto.

It is normal for cramping to occur early on and throughout a pregnancy as her uterus expands and changes.

I would say everything is okay, but I understand your fears.

Under the current circumstancts (with her miscarrying at this time last pregnancy), I would have her call her doctor and get checked out... that way you both can ease your mind.
