Well He Talks to Me Only if I Talk To Him Is Shy Around Me But Everone Says He Likes me And Iam Not sure.

Why don't you just tell him you like him and ask him how he feels? The worst thing that can happen is he can say he doesn't feel the same. At least if that happens, you know you can move on.
