Ok there's this boy in my clss and I don't know if he likes me or not. He's constantly talking to me in class and always tries to make me laugh. If he sits behind me ina class he plays with my hair. But around his friends he tries to be funnier. Like make me laugh more than usuall. And tries to impress me. It matters in the kind of advice we give. If we know the age group we can tailor the advice that is appropriate.

Age has a lot to do with behavior. With that said, yes he is acting like a 13 year old boy who likes a girl.
