I have a new matag refr. The bottom freezer gets ice crystals inside on everything in the upper baskets and lower drawer. I don't think it is supposed to do this.

No it should not do this. If it has an energy saver on it try shutting it off and see if that stops the problem. Anthing othernthan this, call for service

Found problem, track for door was unclipped causing door to appear to be closed but a slight gap was evedent. I clipped it back in, will let you know if this worked. Thank you
