    Hi ,

    I came to us on 25th march and will be back to india on dec 10 2007.

    Can you please tell me what I need to do to get the tax return. Can I fill the required from to get the tax back from India.

    How much I may get back as I am staying as singale . Currently I am in CA.

    You will have been in the U.S. for more than 183 days.

    You will need to file a dual-status tax return to pay taxes for income earned while in the U.S.
