I believe so you may want to discuss this with their dr. but it shouldn't be a problem if the dr is in agreement . Good luckQuote:

Lisa is of course correct as always, you will have to go to court and get guardianship over this person if they can not comprehend what anyone is saying. They don't have to be able to write
