I don't even know. I would say if the one is older than 16, and the other is younger than 16 then the 16 year old can get in trouble. But since he was only 16 and she was 14, then that isn't that horrible. I don't think they can do much.

nothing could really happen , if it wasnt rape or anything .. there only a year and a half apart ,so theres not much they could do.
