This is Vidya from Chennai, India. My husband is expected to move to US (SANJOSE)in December 2007 with L1 Visa. HOW MUCH would be the tax he need to pay there. What are the procedure for tax saving. If I come in L2 Dependent will the income tax reduce, if so, by how much?

These are questions that can be answered AFTER he already earned the income. Yes, there will be deductions for you as a dependent.

If his intent is to live and work in the U.S. for more than 183 days, then he will owe taxes on the money earned in the U.S.

He will file as a non-resident alien in 2007. He will NOT be able to claim you as a dependent, however.
