    Cap loose
I had a root canal done and then they put a crown on it its been like 2 or 3 months and the crown is loose. I'm afraid to go to the dentist cause he hurt me so bad so I'm wondering what is involved in fixing a loose crown. Do I need any needles?

Usually no pain. Its usually just a matter of popping off the loose top and cleaning up the area so it can be glued back in place. I don't know if this was a root lengthening but if so then you probably have a temp on the area which if the case is more invloved. Either way there's no pain. Hey, stop being a baby! Just a liitle tough love... The ounce of prevention is worth way too much to let pain stop you. Grin and bare it. Use whatever discomfort to the reminder to care for your whole body. Brush your teeth, floss, eat healthy, exercise, loose weight, stop smoking, drink responsibly, reduce stress and stay connected with family & friends. There!! Somethimes a little pain can be a good thing.

If the tooth has had a root canal you shouldn't need freezing. It's an easy fix.
