OK. I got the chocolat about one year ago. All of a sudden the touch screen stopped working and sometimes it randomly goes off by itself and then randomly starts back up. I have checked all the settings and I have repeatedly turned my phone on and off to see if anything changes. HELP! Any advice?:confused:

Don't want to be rude but your mobile has seen better days, that sounds like a power failure, if you take it to the place where you got it the will make you buy a new one, you can take it to those places where they fix cell phones it might be cheaper.

Sometimes you have the option of a warranty... check to see if it still qualifies, otherwise you may find that its cheaper to buy a new one than fix the one you have.
