Because she got a bill from my dads dental office for a in office bleach for her teeth because she was already cheating on me. They confirmed the weekend then the nextday they got the bill and now are denying me access and saying if I want to see my son to talk to there lawer. WHat should I do.. Can I call the police ?

Call the police to do what ? Since you have no court order in place, she does not have any court order to make her let you see the children or take them anywhere.

Next even if you had a court order she can still say NO, and you can only take her back to court to find her in contempt of court

Get a lawyer and get scheduled visitations for starters. Then, every time she denies you, go back to court. I have to be honest, it really sounded like there is some game playing here - your Dad's dental office sending bills for teeth bleaching because she was cheating on you? If so, then you both need to grow up and communicate in a manner that is conducive for raising that little boy in a loving, stable way. Put the boy first, before any hard feelings and implore her to do the same.
