My friend lost her parental rights 6 years ago. Her son has been in a foster home all that time. How does she go about regaining custody?

How does she regain custody?

If she lost all parental rights, I don't believe you can just get those back... I may be wrong though. Wow, it's been 6 years. I would say her best bet would be to get a consultation with an attorney.

You should be able to regain you're prental rights again.I lost mind 6 years ago and still until this day I am fighting to regain my prental rights back,and to me that's is a good loveing caring mom. joannjessie
