Hi,
I have been on Nuvaring for over a year. Just recently I have noticed that it seems to slip out a little bit during the night. Not out all the way, but to the point where I can feel it just past my vagina. Should I be worried about this? Is it decreasing the effectiveness of the birth control? And why would it be happening in the first place - is the position I sleep in like forcing it out or something? Just wondered if this has happened to anyone else.

I've been having the same problem for the past few days. I didn't have this problem the first couple of months. I'm wondering if perhaps my muscles are losing their strength, or if there is another reason. I would love to know if you find an answer to this question!
