    The Power of Now.
Has anyone read the book called "The Power of Now" By Ekheart Tholl? It's a wonderful book and I feel like it answers the questions I have been looking for. It talks about how to focus on the present moment and not the past or the made up future. I am having a hard time applying the concepts of the book to my life because it is hard to break a lifetime habit of stress, depression, and constant worry. If anyone has read it, can you share your experience about the book? Thanks

The book talks about how to stay in the present and not focus on the "mind made future". It also teaches us that we are not our mind, that we have a greater presence in the world. That our mind should only be used as a tool and not to take over us. Get the book if you can, its great.

To me the greatest battle ever fought is in the mind.

Marily I agree with you. It's the same battle for me. It does not shut off and keeps running my life. I have OCD as well, not with habits but with my mind. I continuously think and obsess about things. This book may help you. I have it on CD as well so I can listen to it while driving to work. I think both versions help
