Ocucom PreCast... What are the negatives of DL this program as I just came across this and was going to DL it but then thought twice and wanted to check into it further. Any info on this would be great, thank you kindly.

Precast is a program that allows you to be a survey panelist, it is a necessary application for some surveys. It is a safe program to DL. Here is a site for verification:

Wow, that website is *very* sparse with information. I wouldn't give out my Credit Card number there nor would I download any program without scanning it first.

Sorry JC, I'll disagree with you. I didn't say that they asked for it, I said that it represents the kind of site that I wouldn't give my info to.

The problems these people are having relate to uninstalling the program incorrectly. When you download the application, an uninstall program accompanies the download.

I am not related to anyone in the survey business or anyone associated with Ocucom...
I too was leary when the ocucom DL screen appeared on my computer. I put it aside for 2 days until I could check it out. I just finished instillation of the program. I am associated with a very large sports organization that frequently uses surveys to gather information throughout the country and abroad. This orgainzation has used ocucom for a while and have had great results in gathering the information necessary to make changes and adaptations. I have faith in the group I work with and therefore trusted the DL. The only problem that I am currently having is getting used to my new keyboard!
