The best way, in my opinion, is to go about the things you love to do... and eventually you'll encounter someone who shares your interests.

The answer above is true, especially if you get involved with groups of people who love to do the same things that you do. For just about any age, there are usually all sorts of clubs and organizations in which people can join and become involved.

What sort of things do you like to do? Hobbies, interests, etc.
