Have you isolated foods (one thing at a time only) to see if you can determine cause? (Combining foods can be tricky.)
Are you getting enough water?
Have you researched supplements like dietary charcoal and then brought them to your ob's attention to see if they're safe to try? Your ob may also have some great suggestions.
Make sure you are getting enough exercise... a good walk every day is excellent to keep your intestines in proper working order.
There is little you can do, or that we can tell you. You need to consult with your OB about this. But just remember, you only have a little while left.
Have you tried to keep gassy foods out of your diet?
