I guess if she is in pain from the twisted leg, it could cause her to drool. I would let her rest the leg. If she still seems to be having problems the first of the week, perhaps see the vet.

I never remember dogs with hemorrhoids. Most of the older dogs I have seen are eating good diets and don't have bowel problems. It your dog seems to be having some problem, again, talk to the vet.

Maybe what you are seeing are anal sacs that need to be expressed. Could this be what you are talking about?Perianal sacs, dog

Dogs don't get hemorrhoids but they get a couple things that look like them. Perianal tumors ,especially in male dogs, and anal gland infections. If he has an AG infection and is licking there a lot it will cause him to drool . An injured leg will not cause drooling unless the injury has some kind of drainage that he is licking at. Look in the dogs mouth for any ulcerations or foreign material stuck in there such as a piece of bone or toy or stick.
