How do you reset the control lock on a kenmore dishwasher

Check your panel carefully for some fine print. On mine it states that you press and hold a particluar button on the key pads for 3 seconds to lock. Pressing that same button a 2nd time for 3 sec. unlocks it. If you no longer have your manual you should be able to download from Sears. Sears.com
