    Hate my life
    Sometimes I feel like dying and I hate my life! And I piture myself gone. Other days I'm happy and love my life. I could be happy one minute then very sad the next for no reason. I have trouble sleeping and I cry like evey night. Do you think I need help or I'll just get over it.

    Well, at least you have the realization that you DO have happy moments, so that will make the crappy moments easier to get through.

    As for needing help, only you know how severe it is. I'd personally recommend that you find someone to talk to, but the decision is obviously yours alone.

    What is it that you are having problems with? Have you tried meditation? It helps with sleeping better, realeasing endorphines (did I spell that right?) ,realaxxing mucsels, and yourself esteem. Just try to picture the good not the bad! And some advice my father use to always say: "I can't promise you that everything will come out as planned or even better. But i can tell you that there is ALWAYS a tomorrow to look forward too."

    We all can use help from time to time, I know how you feel myself at times. Just the crying a lot is a sign we need someone to talk with, sometimes it is not really the help, but the sharing that helps us.

    So yes getting help is never a bad idea or wrong,

    Hey there. I posted on your other thingee too. You are dealing with issues from your childhood. Deal with those and allow yourself to heal. Then you will be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Get the stuff out of your life that you know is not right. That is the only way to start healing.

    There is so many wrong things in my life! I hate my dad he is very negative and he never told me he loved me, which now I don't even care. He's like a stanger to me. My mom and dad fight eveyday about everything. I was in a abusive relationship for like 5 yrs with a guy that I loved so much and I put him before everything in my life including my family. I would always trying 2 change him but he never did it just got worst. Then we broke up it's for good its been like 7 months now and I'm starting to miss him which I'm not suppose too. And I feel so lonely right now like I have no one. The only time I feel really good is when I drink but when I'm sober I'm a mess.

    Hon, you are in pain. Of course you need help! I think you know it, and you are basically unhappy with the way you are dealing with things. It sounds like you are ready to make changes in your life.

    Everyone needs someone that they can trust to confide in, and sometimes a friend or family member is enough. However, when you really need to deal with serious issues like you are describing, it's time for a professional. Sometimes you just can't handle the issues on your own.

    There is no shame in seeking help or having someone help you through difficult changes in your life. I hope you decide to find someone you can work with. I think you are ready and I believe that you can enjoy life so much more in the very near future!
